The datafiles on this page is, to the best of my knowlage, a correct copy of SNLF official list. The files has been made via the macros in the Excel file downloaded form www.seilfly.no. One exeption apply; The SeeYou format has been modified and this version contains longer turnpointnames and frequencies of airports. All usage at your own risk!
Select the format you need and either download via a rigth click on "download" and "save target", or left-click on "download" and copy the text in your browser to an editor of your choise.
